BEWARE WORST TIRE SHOP IN PATERSON WITH THESE NEW OWNERS.IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND I TRAVEL FROM BERGEN COUNTY TO COME ALL THE WAY HERE BECAUSE OF HOW GOOD THE SERVICE USED TO BE. NOW WITH THE NEW OWNERS THEY ARE HORRIBLE! THEY PUT TWO TIRES THAT I BOUGHT ON A RIM THAT WAS CRACKED THEY DID NOT NOTIFIY ME THAT THE RIM WAS CRACKED OR I WOULD HAVE THEM WELD IT RIGHTTHERE AND THEN. FOR TWO DAYS MY TIRE KEPT GETTING FLAT. THOUGH THE CRACKED RIM WAS NOT THIER FAULT IT IS A TIRE SHOP AND IM NOT SURE HOW THEY MISSED A CRACKED RIM AND THEN PROCEEDED TO PUT A TIRED ON THAT RIM KNOWING THE TIRE WOULD LOSE AIR. WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT BACK TO NOTIFY THEM OF WHAT HAPPENED AND HAVE THE RIM WELDED AND LET THEM KNOW OF THE INCONVINIENCE THEY CAUSE USED DUE TO THE TIRE LEAKING. THEY WE RUDE AND NASTY TO HIM. WE TOLD THEM WE ARE PAYING FOR THE WELDING HOWEVER WE WERE INCOVINIENCED FOR TWO DAYS DUE TO THEM MISSING THE CRACK AND HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER TIRESHOP TO PUT GLUE ON IT. NEW OWNERS ARE NOT GOOD BEWARE!!

Had the Absolute Pleasure of meeting the New Owner.. Edgar two days ago. I live in Florida and several of my immidiate family members have been coming here over 15 yrs when the previous owners still operated. I took my 79 yr old mothers car in for emergency service ( alternator/battery etc..) Edgar was warm, kind and utterly professional in his entire deposition. He and his awesome mechanics ( literally 3 Fernando's - who were as Nice as can be / it truly was a pleasure ) Edgars entire team cleary stated what needed to be addressed w/o all the BS most other mechanics try & deploy to upsell you. That did not happen !! They are clear, explain things simply & very concise in their assessment and provided me & my family an exceptional experience. Highly HIGHLY recommend !! Madison tire&wheel. Great service and honest work. Hydro & Martha are great honest people got my car taken care of quickly and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me. Prices were fair and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely a shop you can trust. Thank you !!!!!!!

I've been coming to this auto shop for years and always have an excellent experience. The prices are reasonable, the mechanics are skilled and professional, and most importantly, they are honest. They don’t try to upsell or pressure you, just straightforward, quality work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop.
